Passing though northeast Texas, stopped in for lunch Bacon Cheeseburger and waffle fries were so good, better than advertised. Service was good, everyone was friendly.

On a road trip I needed a place to grab a bite. So glad I found this spot. The bacon cheeseburger was awesome! I had the fried okra for my side. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous. The indoor seating is very limited but outside they have plenty.

We were recently in Clarksville TX and visited Southern Soul Grill. The staff and atmosphere was so friendly and exceptional service. The burgers were superb, fresh meat not frozen, juicy and delicious. So glad we chose to eat here and will definitely visit again.

If you like hamburgers made the way they used to be made, and you love the taste of quality beef then this is a must try restaurant! I promise you won’t regret it! Oh if you like salads try the chef salad. I bet you never had a salad of any kind as good as theirs! Local owner who supports the entire community.

We had great burgers and golden brown fries! One 7n our party had the special of the day and was very happy with that choice. We came for the peach fried pies but they didn't have them anymore.

Such a small, cozy place! I wasn't ready to believe all the previous reviews, but this place lives up to the rave! The burgers have a unique spicing that is delicious. The fries are great. As soon as you walk in, you're treated like a friend. Inside, you have 2 long bars and stools to sit at. Outside is several covered tables. This is where you want to come to be with friends. Don't be shy, come on in! Heads up, the sign is a bit small. I'm so glad I decided to stop. I will be back.

I love little town home cooking and this is what I got, the tender basket was great and the fried pickles were some of the best I've had in my travels
